RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date the United States Postal Service noted your package as delivered. We will provide you with a paid shipping label paid by us. When ordering, please be sure the sizes and colors chosen are what you want. We provide you with sizing charts to help you choose the right fit. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have. 

Anything that is being returned or exchanged must not have been worn, washed or damaged. If we feel that they have been, the items will be returned to you at your expense and you will not receive a refund or exchange.
 
Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by which you made your purchase. Please allow a few days for the credit to show up on your account.


 
Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund after a few days of receiving our email advising that we are refunding your account, first check the account where we issued you the refund. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@SevenEvenClothing.com.
Received Damaged Items
If your purchase has been received damaged, Seven Even Clothing is not responsible as this was an error made by the United States Postal Service. Please visit your local post office and provide them with the shipping information that we provided you. In addition, be sure to bring the damaged items in the box that it was delivered in. All fragile products are labeled, 'Glass Handle with Care" for shipping. Please visit www.usps.com to locate your nearest postal office.

 
Exchanges  
Unfortunately, with an online store, you can't try things on or see them in person and we understand that. If you purchased the wrong size or decide that you would like something else, contact us and let us know. We will send you a paid shipping label paid by us to return the item. Shipping
We will provide you with a paid shipping label paid by us for any sort of return you may have. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
