RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date the United States Postal Service noted your package as delivered. You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges unless there was an error made by Seven Even Clothing in the production of your item. When ordering, be sure the sizes and colors chosen are what you want! We provide you with sizing charts to help you choose the right fit. If you have any questions about the products and how they fit, please do not hesitate to email us at info@SevenEvenClothing.com. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have. 

Anything that is being returned or exchanged must not have been worn, washed or damaged. If we feel that they have been, the items will be returned to you at your expense and you will not receive a refund or exchange.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Received Damaged Items
If your purchase has been received damaged, Seven Even Clothing is not responsible as this was an error made by the United States Postal Service. Please visit your local post office and provide them with the shipping information that we provided you. In addition, be sure to bring the damaged items in the box that it was delivered in. All fragile products are labeled, 'Glass Handle with Care" for shipping. Please visit www.usps.com to locate your nearest postal office.

 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or if there was an error made by Seven Even Clothing in the production of your item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@SevenEvenClothing.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
